VO-67, A Squadron with a Secret and Unique History—
Capturing Our Stories

To all members of the VO-67 family and those simply interested in the history of this secret U.S. Navy squadron, welcome. On this page you can access stories that are told in the words of those who actually lived the experiences. In doing so, we can preserve a piece of history that would otherwise be lost forever. When you see our members and hear their voices you will realize that their effort with VO-67 was very important yet, due to the secrecy of the squadron, much of the history has been lost over time. We do not want to lose more. VO-67 was indeed the "Ghost Squadron". Thank you for watching and listening and please tell others so these men and our members who have since passed will not be forgotten.

For additional information to emphasize the importance of having veterans' stories told and recorded, see the article in the link to U.S. Veteran's Magazine https://usveteransmagazine.com/2017/05/importance-capturing-veterans-stories-2/
